About Us

Vimoro is a brand operated by KH Overseas, a registered business entity based in Gurgaon, India (GSTIN: 06DCFPK1844E1ZV). By accessing or purchasing from vimoro.in ("the Site"), you agree to the terms below.

Products

• We sell premium crystal glass decanters and 925 sterling silver jewellery under our Rasmriti line.
• Product images are for representation. Since our products are crystal/glass, minor variations in cut, clarity, or finish between units are natural and not considered defects
• Prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via our payment partner(s), covering cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability

Shipping

• Shipping timelines and charges are detailed in our Shipping Policy
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, but we handle all transit damage claims per our Refund Policy — you are not responsible for pursuing the courier directly

Pricing & Product Information

• We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product descriptions, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before processing and give you the option to cancel

Intellectual Property

• All content on this Site — including product photography, logos, descriptions, and branding — is the property of KH Overseas / Vimoro and may not be reproduced without written permission.
• "Rasmriti" is a registered trademark.

Limitation of Liability

• Vimoro and KH Overseas are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products
• Our maximum liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
