How long does delivery take?

We ship pan-India, with delivery in 4–7 business days from dispatch. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes — we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India via Shiprocket. Prepaid payment options will be available again shortly.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We offer a 7-day damage guarantee. If your piece arrives broken, cracked, or defective, share photos/video within 7 days of delivery and we'll process a full refund or replacement — no questions asked.

Can I return a product if I simply change my mind?

We're unable to accept returns for change of mind. Returns are accepted only for verified damage, defects, or if you received the wrong item — within 7 days of delivery.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes — your order and delivery details are handled securely, and for COD orders, payment is collected safely at the time of delivery. We never store your card or banking details.

Is this real 925 sterling silver / genuine crystal?

Yes, our Rasmriti pieces are crafted in 925 sterling silver, and our decanters are hand-cut from genuine crystal.

Do you ship outside India?

Not at this time. We currently ship only within India.

Can I get my decanter or jewelry personalized or engraved?

Not at this time — we don't currently offer personalization or engraving.
